No Third-Party Marketing/Promotional Sharing: We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Permitted Sharing with Subcontractors: We may share your mobile information with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, but only for operational purposes and not for marketing.
Exclusion of Text Messaging Originator Opt-In Data and Consent: Any opt-in data or consent for text messaging that you provide will not be shared with any third parties for any other use cases outside of the allowed subcontractor support services.

Employee & Applicant Communications
Behavioral Framework LLC sends automated transactional text messages to employees and job applicants, including: (1) session reminders, schedule confirmations, and schedule change notifications; and (2) notifications about prospective client assignments and job-related opportunities based on availability. Employees and applicants consent to receive these messages during onboarding or application through our HR system.
