Jamie Knapp, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Behavioral Framework, and brings over 28 years of financial and operational experience working for high growth healthcare, technology, and services companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University. Throughout his career, Jamie has been a key financial and operational leader in a multitude of teams for private equity and venture capital backed businesses as well as large publicly traded companies.
Most recently Jamie served as the CFO for Simon Eye, a successful PE backed Optometry and Ophthalmology practice based in Delaware. During his time there they experienced significant growth through M&A, operational improvements and provider additions.
Prior to Simon Eye, Jamie had the opportunity to work at Optum for 10 years during a time of significant growth into one of the largest healthcare companies in the world. While at Optum Jamie was the CFO for two high growth businesses, Optum Executive Health Resources and Optum Financial Performance Solutions where he and his teams focused on supporting business leaders to maximize their financial performance through a laser focus on providing value to their customers.

Outside of work Jamie and his wife Amy like to travel, go to the beach and follow their two daughters, Emily and Sophia to their respective colleges for football games!
