What is your title? Describe what you do.

As Senior Client Services Manager, I provide internal support to the clinical team and oversee our growing client services team (intakes, authorization, & billing department). Maintain a strong focus on exceptional service to our clients and their families by approaching all questions and concerns with understanding and patience. Help navigate the intricacies of billing by providing accurate eligibility, ABA therapy benefits, patient cost-share information, and appeals to insurance companies (when necessary) to ensure all clients have access to the care they need.

“I love the constant appreciation the owners show their dedicated staff, the flexibility, and the welcoming work environment I have a chance to be a part of every day.”

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

After browsing through the website and gaining a better understanding about autism and what ABA therapy entailed, I became increasingly interested in learning and researching more on the topic. Behavioral Framework’s mission stood out almost immediately, and I wanted to align myself with a company whose values mirrored my own. This mission is something that we hold near and dear and do our best to exude daily.

What are the most rewarding parts of your job?

Collaborating across several different teams to support and assist families in obtaining ABA therapy treatment and having a positive outcome.

  • From the time an assessment takes place to the time treatment begins, several tasks happen behind the scenes, and sometimes we encounter roadblocks or setbacks. It’s incredible to hear from caregivers how appreciative and excited they are to begin services and get the help they’ve been needing.

Providing various options to help clients and their families continue with ABA therapy when unforeseen circumstances arise.

  • It’s an emotional experience to hear the helplessness in a caregiver’s voice when situations outside of their control threaten termination of ABA therapy. To provide a solution, relief, comfort, understanding, and ultimately assist with the continuation of the appropriate and valuable treatment we all know the client need is very rewarding.

Hearing from caregivers about how their family member has significantly improved from receiving ABA therapy and the positive changes they’ve witnessed firsthand is touching. It truly warms my heart!

What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?

Having a positive attitude, solution-driven, commitment, dedication, strong work ethic, and communication skills are outstanding contributions. There are challenges that I sometimes encounter in my role, and having these traits/skills, allows for us to achieve our end goal, which is the improvement and success in our clients’ and families’ lives.

What do you like best about Behavioral Framework?

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of a team that genuinely cares about what it is we do. I love the constant appreciation the owners show their dedicated staff, the flexibility, and the welcoming work environment I have a chance to be a part of every day.

Would you recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework? And why?

In a heartbeat! The support & guidance of the leadership team is incredibly beneficial, and knowing I am part of a company that cares about me, my goals, suggestions, and opinions are essential. It’s a place to learn, improve and grow. When I became a part of Behavioral Framework, I not only became a part of a team, but I also became a part of a family.
