1. What is your title? Describe what you do.

As a Talent Placement Coordinator at Behavioral Framework, my primary responsibility is to facilitate the pairing process between children in need of ABA services and qualified technicians who can provide these services effectively. This involves a comprehensive understanding of the needs and preferences of each child, as well as the skills and qualifications of our technicians.

Behavioral Framework was not just the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with autism, but the chance to be part of a close-knit community that truly values the contributions of every member. We’re not just coworkers – we’re a family, united in our mission to help children shine.

3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is witnessing the incredible progress and growth of the children we serve. Each day, I have the privilege of hearing stories of triumph and achievement from families whose children have made significant strides through ABA therapy. Whether it’s a child reaching a developmental milestone, improving their communication skills, or gaining independence, knowing that I played a part in facilitating that progress fills me with immense pride and satisfaction.
