What is your title? Describe what you do.
As a Care Coordinator, I provide on-the-job support to staff and supervisors. I do this by explaining and demonstrating the implementation of treatment plans designed by supervisors for clients. I am a welcoming face of the company for new cases and ensure an exciting start, while striving to provide the utmost best and most effective quality treatment. On a day-to-day basis, I seek and provide new learning opportunities to help teammates and myself improve and exemplify the company’s mission.
“We have the most selfless and kind hearted people always willing to lend a hand. Our team is always making sure everyone is feeling supported and motivated.”

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
The dedication and support provided. From the moment I started with Behavioral Framework, I have received and been demonstrated support for all my training needs. Not only does the company care for their clients and their family’s success, but they ensure their staff is taken care of as well. The company is a community that holds itself to high standards while leading by example. It is what I admire the most because it helps shape me to be a better leader and motivates me always to be my best. I am happy to be part of a company that is distinctly compassionate and always provides the best care.
What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
I know I have done my part when a technician shares with a smile how confident they are or feel after a training session with me. Receiving emails from supervisors and families of progress made by clients and techs I have supported makes this job the most rewarding!
What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
