What is your title? Describe what you do.

I’m the Charlotte Office Manager for Behavioral Framework. I manage our Charlotte- based administrative office and work closely with our NC clinical team to ensure materials reach our home-based clients. My role involves supporting day-to-day office needs, maintaining smooth office operations, and collaborating with multiple teams to keep things running efficiently.

When working with families, I focus on clear and honest communication while taking the time to listen and understand each family’s unique situation.

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
I grew up alongside my sister, who has autism, so I was familiar with ABA and the impact that quality support can have firsthand. When I came across Behavioral Framework, I immediately connected with the work we do and the need for the support our company provides.

What’s your favorite memory or team moment so far?
Our holiday gala last year! I had the opportunity to travel to our Rockville office, meet more of our team, and enjoy an amazing gala in D.C. It was such a fun experience and a great opportunity to connect with people I normally wouldn’t get to meet.

What’s the most impactful part of your work for you personally?
Ensuring that our Charlotte team feels as supported as possible. I believe the
environment you work in can have a big impact on the work you do, so I always try to
contribute to a positive environment and keep morale as high as I can.

What preparation or mindset is most helpful for someone starting this job?
I think being adaptable is one of the most important strengths to have in a position like mine. Things can change quickly, so being able to adjust, problem-solve, and maintain a positive mindset is really important.

Would you advise someone to pursue a job at Behavioral Framework? Why do
you think they’d enjoy it? Absolutely! The support I receive from my team is a big reason I would always recommend Behavioral Framework to someone. Having a supportive team makes such a difference, and I’m grateful to be part of one.
