I am a Support Clinical Supervisor; I play a role in various layers of the company’s operations. My responsibilities include providing additional supervision to cases, training new technicians and parents, and conducting assessments for incoming clients. It brings me joy to contribute to the growth and success of the team while ensuring the best possible care for our clients and their families.

The most rewarding parts of my job are witnessing children’s progress and growth, empowering families with knowledge, and training the next generation of BCBA’s. It brings immeasurable joy and fulfillment to see kids flourish and families thrive under our care. Contributing to the future of ABA is a privilege I cherish.
What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
Collaboration with colleagues and experienced professionals in your field can provide valuable insights and knowledge. Be open to learning from others experiences and seeking mentorship opportunities. But most importantly, having a genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential is essential. Working with children with behavioral challenges requires patience, empathy, and a deep commitment to their well-being and development.
