Katie McCormick’s Employee Spotlight

I am Behavioral Framework’s Office Manager. For me, everyday looks different and I love it. The most important parts of my job are making sure the office and people who fill it have what they need to be successful in their roles. I also help out with event planning, employee recognition and appreciation, and onboarding of new team members among other tasks.

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

I was drawn to Behavioral Framework because I was looking for a new role and wanted to work for a company that was making concrete changes in the world. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by a group of people who share the motivation of wanting to provide the best care to the most clients possible.

What I find most rewarding about my job is helping people achieve their goals and tasks. Whether we’re planning The Office Olympics, getting ready for a team training, or sourcing new vendors I love the accomplishment of helping others reach success.

Be prepared for each day to look different. While a lot of my regular tasks stay the same week to week, there’s always something new in each day. Having the ability to switch quickly between tasks, being personable, a good listener and communicator, organized, and having good time management are all great skills to have for office management.

I love our people! There’s a unique and special feeling of community among our team. No one is every afraid to jump in or help out on a new project. Appreciation comes from the top and is frequent and genuine.

Absolutely! I love coming to work each day. The office is beautiful, the people are amazing, and the work we’re doing is so important to the community. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
