What is your title? Describe what you do.
I am a clinical supervisor. My primary role is to apply principles of behavior analysis to help individuals improve their quality of life by developing and reinforcing positive, adaptive behaviors while reducing harmful or challenging behaviors.
“I appreciate the collaborative and supportive environment within the company. It’s inspiring to work alongside a team that is dedicated to providing tailored, evidence -based interventions for such a diverse range of children.”
What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
What really drew me to BF was the opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact on children’s lives. Here at BF it’s not limited to just one type of child or one kind of behavior. The ability to apply behavior analysis to a wide range of needs, whether it’s children with autism, developmental delays, or other behavioral challenges, is incredibly rewarding.
What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
The most rewarding part of being a BCBA is seeing the direct, positive impact that my work has on the lives of the children and families I support. There’s something truly special about watching a child develop new skills or overcome behavioral challenges, especially when you know that your interventions and support are helping them achieve milestones they might not have otherwise reached. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see that growth, whether it’s a child learning to communicate for the first time, managing their emotions more effectively, or gaining independence in everyday tasks.
