Rockville, MD (OCTOBER 18, 2022): Brittany Rader, President, Behavioral Framework, and Adetokunbo “Toks” Ajayi, Clinical Director, Behavioral Framework were honored to participate in the University of Maryland’s ABA Therapy Panel as featured speakers last week. The panel was held virtually via Zoom and hosted by the University of Maryland Department of Psychology, The University of Maryland Career Center & The President’s Promise, and the University of Maryland College of Behavioral & Social Sciences. Speakers offered students an opportunity to learn about the exciting and growing field of Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy including the RBT Certification Process, Graduate Education & Training, as well as internship and practicum opportunities.
Brittany Rader, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, President, Clinical Services for Behavioral Framework, is Board Certified and Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Virginia and Maryland. Brittany has focused most of her career in the areas of staff training and development, curriculum design, and program development. She is passionate about her work and believes ABA provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential. Brittany is also passionate about the quality and effectiveness of ABA treatment programs and the outcomes of those receiving services. As such, Brittany served on the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) standards development committee, Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ), to assist in the development of their accreditation standards. Brittany earned her master’s degree in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis Graduate Certificate at George Mason University and her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Randolph-Macon College.
Adetokunbo “Toks” Ajayi, MA, BCBA, LBA, Clinical Director for Behavioral Framework, is Board Certified and Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland. Toks has spent her career in the field working with individuals with developmental disabilities in schools, in home and in the community. She is inspired by the fact that her profession meets her passion, with working hand – in – hand with individuals and their families to achieve meaningful and life-changing milestones. Since becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017, she strongly believes interacting compassionately and collaboratively with families is key to successful outcomes. Toks earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology and Master’s in Applied Psychology from Rider University.
