I am a recruiter for Behavioral Framework. I assist with identifying, attracting, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates to various positions within the company to ensure that company’s staffing requirements and needs are fulfilled.

I love to help people, and I find it to be fulfilling to have the opportunity to help both families and inspire new technicians with the opportunity to grow within a fulfilling career.

4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?

One should have previous experience in either sourcing, talent acquisition, or most importantly, has a familiarity with the full cycle recruiting background to understand the recruitment process. Traits that they should also possess are multi-tasking, patience, confidence, time management, and communication skills.
