BCBAs
Our behavior analysts manage a team of Therapists or RBTs while we provide the tools necessary for you to operate efficiently. We are a collaborative, supportive team dedicated and passionate about what we do! This position is a full-time opportunity to join a team that provides the resources and clinical expertise to support your critical work with families and children diagnosed with Autism. Remote positions available.
Direct Therapists
As a therapist or registered behavior technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders. You implement intervention plans under the direct support and close supervision of a BCBA. You provide therapy in home, community, and school settings. We provide the training and certification you need to begin your career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Administrative
Our Administrative team is the hub of Behavioral Framework. Our administration’s primary purpose is to support our clinical leadership and clinical care teams. They are passionate and dedicated to the families we serve. We hold ourselves to a high standard of work and pride ourselves in delivering exceptional customer support and service to our clients and our team.
