1. What is your title? Describe what you do.

My title is Clinical Director. I oversee a fantastic group of BCBAs and their caseloads to ensure clinical quality is always meeting our expectations, our clients are making progress, and their families are happy with services.

2. What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

During my interview with Behavioral Framework, the team discussed the amount of resources and materials they provide for their clients to ensure that they are receiving effective therapy. They also thoroughly discussed the company’s core values and mission. I am passionate about the work that I do and I felt very aligned with the values of Behavioral Framework. I can personally attest that since then, I have experienced that all of Behavioral Framework’s employees do act in alignment with our core values and mission every single day.

3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?

Data drives everything we do and we have wonderful clinical programming. Therefore, it is easy to see incremental progress on a graph. However, the most rewarding part of my job is when families share anecdotal measures of progress from their everyday lives. For example, when a client’s grandparent comes in from out of town and notices how much more the client is talking and interacting with them since last time. Those are the most meaningful moments.

4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?

The most important traits of a Clinical Director include the ability to collaborate and communicate. We have an incredibly strong team of brilliant and passionate individuals on the clinical and administrative teams. Communicating effectively across teams and collaborating using everyone’s unique strengths are the best ways for us to achieve our overall goal, which is to provide excellent service to our clients and their families.

5. What do you like best about Behavioral Framework?

I love our company culture. There is always something amazing going on from a baseball game, to a baby shower, to an unbelievable Holiday Gala. Angela and Kyle West ensure that you feel like family and connected to the team whether you live down the street or across the country.

6. Would you recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework? And why?

I would absolutely recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework. I have worked in many different settings within the field of ABA and this is by far the best workplace I have experienced. There is an unlimited amount of support for every position. The team believes in you and not only allows, but encourages, you to grow as a person and as a professional. We always act in the best interests of our clients, their families, and the community, which is an amazing feeling.
