Headshot of Brandon Simms

What is your title? Describe what you do.

I’m a Talent Placement Coordinator. I help connect the right behavior technicians with the right families across multiple states. My role involves staffing new cases, coordinating onboarding, tracking staffing quality, troubleshooting placement challenges, and working with clinical teams to make sure our clients receive consistent support.

I value the way our team continues to grow, share laughs, and come together to make a difference for families.

What’s your favorite memory or team moment so far?
Honestly, watching our team grow and figuring things out together. Some of my favorite moments have been the laughs during team meetings and seeing everyone come together to solve difficult staffing situations. Those wins always feel rewarding because they’re making a real difference for families.

Which one of our values guides you most at work?
Collaboration. Staffing only works when everyone communicates. I believe the best outcomes happen when recruiters, clinicians, operations, and families work together toward the same goal. Being willing to listen, adapt, and problem-solve makes a huge difference.

What advice would you give to someone who might be interested in your field?

Don’t underestimate the people skills. Organization is important, but being able to communicate clearly, build relationships, and stay calm when plans change is what really makes you successful. Every day is different, so flexibility goes a long way.

What is your favorite movie/book?
