What is your title? Describe what you do.

My title is Lead Billing Specialist. I work on the billing side of things, helping with claims, payments, and insurance follow-ups. I also assist caregivers with billing questions and help make sure accounts are accurate and up to date.

Knowing that my work helps families avoid extra stress around billing and insurance is really meaningful to me. Although I’m not working directly with clients, I know what I do helps make their care smoother.”

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

I was really drawn to Behavioral Framework because of the mission and the focus on supporting families. It felt good to be part of a team where the work actually matters and where everyone is working toward the same goal.

What’s your favorite memory or team moment so far?

My favorite moments are when the team comes together to solve a tough issue. It’s always nice to feel supported and to celebrate when we figure things out together.

Being patient, organized, and open to learning goes a long way. Insurance and billing can be tricky, so having a problem-solving mindset and not being afraid to ask questions really helps.
