Recruiting Manager. I recruit and hire for internal positions and Clinical Supervisors (BCBA) for our clinical staff. I manage and oversee the recruiting department to ensure that we hire the most qualified Registered Behavioral Technician’s to support our clients throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

I was looking to get back into a recruiting role within the Montgomery County, MD area. I have experience recruiting for another employer that supported children and I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it rewarding. I wanted to be a part of a similar company and Behavioral Framework offered that.

What are the most rewarding parts of your job?

  • Identifying qualified candidates to join the team who support the growth of the company and the clients we provide services for
  • Seeing my team grow and develop as recruiters
  • Seeing the full-cycle recruiting for our part-time technicians who support and do great work for our clients

What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?

I would let them know that they need strong communicative and collaborative skills. Have a go-getter personality. They need to be a team player.
