I am a Sr. Authorization Manager. I lead the authorization team, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and submitted to funders prior to assessments, the start of treatment, continued treatment, etc. Our job is to make sure families can receive the care they need and deserve, with ease.
Each day on our team is filled with tiny moments that make us laugh and smile.
What’s your favorite memory or team moment so far?
All of them. Each day is filled with tiny moments that make us all laugh or
smile. Work can be inherently stressful. We make sure to find the light
each day.
Which one of our values guides you most at work?
Collaboration. We work very closely with many of the other teams. It’s
important that we each put forth our best effort to make sure processes are
as efficient and seamless as possible.
