What is your title? Describe what you do.

I am a Senior Clinical Supervisor. I design and monitor ABA programs, tailoring each child’s programming to their individual strengths and barriers. The programs I create encompass all areas of development to ensure we are supporting the whole child.

The most impactful part is seeing the growth our kiddos make and the positive impact that growth has on their families.

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

What drew me to Behavioral Framework is that we truly are a family. There’s a supportive, hands-off leadership approach that allows you to grow as a clinician while knowing you have support when you need it.

What’s your favorite memory or team moment so far?

My favorite team moments are when we come together to problem-solve and celebrate a child’s progress. There’s nothing better than collaborating as a team and seeing our collective efforts make a difference.

What’s the most impactful part of your work for you personally?

The most impactful part is seeing the growth our kiddos make and the positive impact that growth has on their families. Watching a child gain new skills and confidence is incredibly rewarding.

What preparation or mindset is most helpful for someone starting this job?
It’s important to understand that this work is not always easy. It can be challenging. But the most important thing is the child you are working with—seeing things from their perspective and remembering why you do what you do.

Would you advise someone to pursue a job at Behavioral Framework? Why do you think they’d enjoy it?

Absolutely. We have fun while making a real difference in our kiddos’ lives. It’s meaningful work in a supportive environment where you truly feel part of a team.
