
What is your title? Describe what you do.
My title is Data Integrity Manager. I make sure client and staff information is accurate and up to date across all our systems. I also ensure technician profiles are properly set up and linked to the correct clinical teams.
I’m grateful to be part of a positive, welcoming team where kindness and teamwork are always emphasized. I admire the work of the clinical team and how they get to make a real difference in families’ lives.
2. What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
What drew me to Behavioral Framework was their inspiring mission statement. I’m truly grateful to be a part of such a meaningful and impactful organization. It truly is a special place to work
3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that my work directly contributes to the success of our behavior technicians and ultimately helps the families we serve.
4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
I’d say attention to detail is absolutely key. You need to be very organized and able to manage multiple systems and data sources. Having a certain workflow and using trackers help me tremendously.

What I love best about Behavioral Framework is my amazing coworkers! I’ve met so many wonderful people here.
