Talent Placement Manager

What is your title? Describe what you do.

Talent Placement Manager – the Talent Placement Team identifies the technicians that best match our clients to help set the team working for our clients up for success.

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

The care that Behavioral Framework has for each client and each employee. Even with our growth, our team looks to set everyone up for success.

What are the most rewarding parts of your job?

Connecting our technicians with clients to help the technicians succeed while also helping our clients achieve and start their ABA journey.

What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?

Adaptability and positivity. As Talent Placement Manager, different aspects of the job change consistently. We deal with scheduling, staffing, and the people of our company. The Talent Placement Team really needs to have a positive outlook and problem-solve to help our technicians and constantly support our clients and their families the best way possible.

What do you like best about Behavioral Framework?

The people I work with and the rewarding work we do. The office team has become people who hang out outside of work, whether it’s happy hours or helping each other move. We work hard, but we also make it a point to have fun as well. The work we do is so rewarding – helping families find the support system that surrounds the ABA field and helping our clients grow all while helping our teams succeed in the work they do.

Would you recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework? And why?

Yes – Behavioral Framework looks at each client and each technician as an individual. We are a local company that believes in our team and will support that team in any way possible. We also do have a lot of fun in the office on the administrative side!
